1. What we collect

• Purchase details: your name, email address, country, and the order record. Card and bank details are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal and never reach us.
• Account details: your login email and your progress inside the portal, so the checklists and progress rings work.
• Community content: anything you post to the Wins Wall or Queries wall.
• Email: if you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and engagement with those emails.
• Basic site analytics: aggregated page views and traffic sources.

2. Why we collect it

To take payment, deliver access, keep your progress saved, run the community, answer support requests, and understand which parts of the site people find useful. That is the entire list.

3. Who processes it

We use these processors, each under their own privacy policy: Stripe and PayPal for payments, systeme.io for checkout, Supabase for portal accounts and progress data, beehiiv for email, and Skool for the community. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

4. What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your email address with other course sellers, affiliates, or advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and retain only the minimum transaction record the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email support@facelessmediasystem.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU, or a jurisdiction with comparable law, these rights are statutory and we honour them regardless of where you are.

7. Email

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not remove your portal access, and transactional emails about your purchase will still reach you.

8. Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for checkout and login to work, plus basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout and login will not work without the necessary ones.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the processors listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

10. Children

This product is not sold to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
