1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Faceless Media System and any related materials, templates, community access and updates (together, the "Product"), sold through this website. By purchasing or accessing the Product you agree to these Terms.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a single-user, lifetime, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own business. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Product continues to be operated. It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.

3. What you may do

  • Use every method, template, script and setting inside the Product to build and monetize your own pages, commercially, without limit.
  • Adapt the templates for your own brand.
  • Keep using everything you built with it, permanently, including if you later cancel or the Product is retired.

4. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the Product or your login to anyone else.
  • Reproduce the material, in whole or in substantial part, inside your own course, coaching programme, newsletter or membership.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download in bulk, or mirror the portal.

Accounts found sharing access may be suspended without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Product, including text, structure, templates, screenshots, and the name The Faceless Media System, remains the property of the operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Content you create using the templates belongs entirely to you.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details at any point. The founding price of $47 applies while the first 100 places remain; the price then becomes $97 permanently. Anyone who bought at $47 keeps lifetime access at the price they paid.

7. Refunds

The 30-day one-click refund is set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Community conduct

The Wins Wall and Queries wall are shared spaces. Spam, self-promotion unrelated to your own progress, harassment, and the sale of anything to other members are not permitted. Access to the community may be withdrawn for breaches, without affecting your access to the course material.

9. No guarantee of results

The Product is educational. Please read the Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. No income is guaranteed.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the portal available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is updated over time; updates are included at no extra cost. Third-party tools referenced in the lessons are operated by their own companies and may change their features or pricing at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of access to any third-party platform account. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Third-party platforms

Your use of Instagram or any other platform is governed by that platform's own terms. You are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against an account you operate.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
